BSNL
New Phone Connection not provided

I have put in request for new BSNL Landline connection on 17th of Aug. I have made several visits to the Jubilee Hills Telepohone Exchange office several times (28th Aug, 4th Sept, 11th Sept, 18th Sept) and every time I get answer that we will give the connection on Monday next week. Can you please assist in addressing this issue with BSNL.
