I have filled the Online Registration form for both new landline and broadband now over 10 times. No one replies or nothing is sent to me confirming that my request has been received.
It appears as though the online form has been set up without any system setup to handle it. What kind of pathetic setup is this. Why do they have an online request service if it is not being actively looked after. This is absolutely appalling and very very bad business. They show big ads but lack service and responsibility to customers. They should be ashamed of yourselves. Ridiculously bad management that is almost criminal.
