Incorrect BSNL Billing

I am receiving incorrect bills from Aug and i have log a complain in the selfservice protal and my brother in india is regularly visiting the customer service to resovle the issue but they did not respond to the request and today i get a call saying that if i dont pay the bill they will take legal action from court.

this is not at all acceptable. i was indian government to take some serious acdtion the company BSNL.
