Dear Sir,
I have been unable to access internet from any mobile phone using my SIM card. I have made several complaints since in the customer care of BSNL and each time I have been given a different complaint number. There has been no action taken by the service provider and I still live with the same problem. Each time I have inquired with the given complaint number, I have been told that it will be fixed as soon as possible.
Since the time I am using this connection, I have made at least 3 complaints and each time I have been given a separate complaint number. The problem still persists. I have personally visited the nearby telephone exchange, requesting them to look into this matter but all efforts have gone in vain. Since number portability has not yet been introduced in India, I cannot change my service provider as well.
As an ultimate attempt, I am making the same complaint in this forum, hoping that some action will be taken. request you to look into this matter as I am feeling really helpless in this matter.
