My Broad band connection failed since 25th of September we already raised complaint through phone to call center they did not attended upto 30th morning after our several calls made to custermer care some come, the modem Dsl and Internet LED were off we reported as it as

In a month atleast 10 days no internet and land phone land phone, too much headache so many calls from custemer care, if raining or windy disconects at all

we are paying those days not working internet and phone
