Landline dead

My phone no is 07822-250425 my phone oftenly become dead. I have complaint so many time to local officer but nobody responding me. DP line is laying on the road so that it damaged by passer-by. My telephone was dead last 2 month. If you are not able to provide the service you may disconnect immediatly.
