Broadband connection problem

I have Broadband connection 750 plan for my lap top (personal-Home plan) from last 2 months.tel No-2463398

from last 15 days there is connection problem means modem is some times blinking and some times stop the blinking.

I have given complaint at our near BSNL office Gandhnagar-Dharwad on 11-10-10.

They have checked the cable.but not taken necessary action.

more than 4 times I have gone to BSNL Office

till today there is no proper response from BSNL head.

I want help from you
