NEW TEL CONNECTION NOT ISSUED

I have applied new telephone connection on 29th july. And, I have paid as per demand note Rs 250/-.Bill no: N1357708, dt.29/07.But, Tel phone connection not issued till dt.22/10/10.by bsnl. I went to bsnl office hosur. but they are not answered properly. (allotted tel ph no.260423)

pls take action immediately.
