I have launched a complaint in 7th Oct., Complaint ID:6169569
My problem was &&- I recharged my mobile with 500/- on 29/09
so in my mobile bsnl to bsnl local & STD both are free, but suddenly
on 07/10 afternoon when I call one BSNL STD no in Jharkhand, bsnl
wrongly deduct my call charge 1.20 per min which is free for me
actually... total 20/- Rs was deducted from my balance, but
BSNL not refund that money...
Repeatedly I launched that complaint on 12/10 and on 23/10
but that is not solved till date and till now customer tells me to
Recently on 23/10 which I have launched, details is as follows...
(Mob no-9475323115, Complaint ID-6265979).
this is also not solved. I know it will never be solved.
Customer Care of BSNL is very bad. They does not work properly. Always
they tells false words. They are lier.
Please do something..please please please
