I, toufiq ansari, my BSNL ph. no. 04023513848, im experiencing very bad service from my fone since 1 year (poor voice quality, disturbance, cross connections) i have complained in the office to the line man even the GE of the respective office but they don't respond to it in a positive way.so please help me out.
