Complaint is regarding my BSNL Sim- of Sumo plan which expired on 3rd of Dec. as per the information, the sim & the plan would be expired if not validated before the expire date 15 days grace period. but i recharged on 4th, it was not validated for the same plan, instead, it was validated for general plan. which i could have got by 100 rs. only. instead i rechrged for 301, of 100 rs. talk time. and that to customer care did not answer me properly, instead they were telling why didn't you recharge on time.
