Deduction of money

Sir,

I have a bsnl mobile no. 9451014628, I am getting deductions from the company ever on the name name of MASTI PACK ever on the name of RADIO ONMOBILE once I talked to customer care, I received the deactivation code for the MASTI PACK from customer care I applied that but the next month I received deduction again for the same without any subscription.

Sir request to please stop it.
