I am a resident of Kalathur villiage. Udupi taluk and Distric. My home landline telephone is not working since last two years, Telephone no is 2540018 comming under Paniyur sub exchange and Padubidri telephone exchange.several written and verbal complaints given to BSNL . Everytime they are giving one or other excuse. But line has been not repaired so far. Not only my telephone other all landline phones are also not working in that area. Every consumer including me are paying regular telephone bills for the service not tendered by BSNL.I am trying to get broadband intertnet connection from BSNL, due not non working of telephone line I am unable to get internet. I am working abroad and my childrens are studying higher education internet is the necessecity now a days. Please go through the matter and do the needfull.
