I saw a message in my mobile that an amount of Rs.2 has been deducted as service charge at about 8.45am on 14.12.2010. I was instructed to ring up *456*00# to check for active services. There was none when I approached again 9400024365. I was told to speak to senior executive. I waited for 5 minutes from 9.41am to 9.45am on 14.12.2010 there is no response.

This has happened earlier too. If this is a mistake please advice your staffs to check the correction and not repeated this same.

I also recommended for periodic training for your staffs.
