Iam user of landline tel. 01250-254741 Villager Sarup garh (under Imlota Sub -Exchange & Charkhi dadri tel exchange in haryana, Bhiwani distt.)for last 13 years. I have been facing a great problem and irregularties in telephone bills. Normally I am not getting my bill at time. Now I approched to dadri exchnage office and they informed that their is pending amount of Rs. Approx. 3900. They siad that they can not tell about call details. Now I am in need to know about call details and status of bills paid bills unpaid. I have never been defaulter in the past. Please supply the same immediately.
