Regarding Excess Payment

I have made an excess payment of Telephone Bill for Telephone No. YML-242645 for which I have filed an application for Adjustment/Refund of excess payment made. With reference to above referred matter, I have received a reply from G.M.T., Yavatmal on 05-09 in which, it is mentioned that cash counter clerk made the malpractices while collecting the cash then the case was investigated through the vigilance and the accused official Shri. B.B.Datar, Sr. TOA is charge sheeted under Rule-36 of BSNL Rules 2006 and the case is under disciplinary proceeding. In this regard I have sent various reminder to C.M.D., B.S.N.L., New Delhi, C.G.M., Mumbai but till today I have not received any reply regarding appropriation of excess payment made by me and further action taken by your department in this regard. Please make the necessary enquiry into this matter.
