We have a landline telephone connection under Mooday exchange with telephone number 914962691134 has not been working from june. We registered a complaint in june itself. Several times we had chat with concerned line man and JTO.But i think that was not the way a person like JTO should behave to the customer. i feel really dispponted to say that these people are absolutely irresponsible, inefficient and unproffesionalist. If it was one or two months we can understand that it may be because of lack of number of employees or large number faults reported. I expect a proffesionalist approach from your side. So i request you to take the neccessary steps in urgent basis to rectify this issue. Waiting for kind reply an immediate action from your side
