EVDO-Wrong billing & discontinue of services reg

I have purchased a DATA card EVDO from CSC Mahanagar Lucknow bearing no.05222070313 for which payment was made vide Receipt no. 586 dated 17.03.2010. As terms & conditions of booking the monthly rental was Rs.650/- for unlimited usage accordingly advance rental of Rs.650/- was included as well indicated in booking receipt. The first bill received for usage up to 31.04.2010 was Rs.1935/- & the same was paid by me. The second bill received for usage from 1.5.10 to 30.6.10 was amounting to Rs.1910/- the discrepency in billing was brought to the notice of Shri. R C Verma CSC Mahanagar Lucknow & The Accounts Officer BSNL, PK Bhawan Lucknow the bill was corrected by Accounts officer to Rs.918/- . The payment was made accordingly. The next bill received for usage from 1.7.2010 to 31.8.2010 was amounting to Rs.1889/- the same was once again brought to the notice of above officials & based on their advice Rs.1450/- was deposited. the next bill received was for an amount of Rs.9632/- & once again as advice of above officials I have deposited Rs.1450/- on 19.11.2010 but very next day BSNL discontinued the services of above connection.
