I was paying regular bill for my connection 0469-2688893 but it was not working properly for long time. then in February Ihave given my land line in BSNL safe cutody scheme after necessary payment for one year. Again 19th of December I have submitted application personally to mallappaly office to activate the line, officials agreed to connect the line within three working days. Even after somany complaints and call to several officials, it has not been activated yet. As my (old) mother alone staying at my home, there is no way to contact her, as I am out of country. Whenever we call exchange offices, they says order is pending sometimes in, Kallooppara, sometimes in Tiruvalla sometimes in Mallappally.
Since I have to go back to my workplace, I was not able to go to many offices and get it connected. Even my neighbors are fedup of booking compaints regarding my case.
EXACTLY I AM NOT ABLE TO GET THE PROPER PERSON/OFFICIAL WHO CAN TAKE CARE OF IT.
