Sir, i subscribe bsnl broadband connection on my telephone. at the time of subscription i subscribe the night plan but they give me unlimited plan without my permission .and after that i give a application to change that plan but they don't do anything after that once again i give another application to change my plan from 1st date of month but they change that plan at the same time without informing me so it make many problems in my telephone bill now when i make complaint about it to telephone exchange raman and bathinda they do not respond me . they are ignoring my requests and do nothing
