Unknown deduction of money

Hi

I am one of the BSNL excel consumer.

I have a connection of excel jodi prepaid plan, the numbers are 9445386510 and 9445386511

using myself and another one with my mother respectively.

BSNL service has been deducted unknown deduction from my Mobile from December

I was try to contact their consumer care number 123, 1503, 9444024365 continuously but unable to reach the call center executive and directly contact the customer care center in Tiruvottiyur, they are also not response to me.

I have send a mail to nodal officer also, there is no reply for that also.
