Reducing more paise than usual

I am Siddharaj from Salem, Tamilnadu

I', m having vinadi booster which expires on 06.12.11. Till 2 days back I have been charging on the basis of pulse rate. From yesterday (14.02.2011) call charge is not deducted on pulse rates instead on the basis of Re.1/- for 1 minute duration. I'm very much worried and annoyed by this practise. My mobile no. 9442955241.

I hope this is because of technical problem. If so pl. rectify the same and see that the call charge is deducted on pulse rate.
