Without my acceptance the BSNL Cell one mobile servie is deducting Rs.30/- PM for their GK Alerts from the sms sevice provider no 5123430. Kindly arrange to deactivate the GK alerts. Yesterday I given a complaint to deactivate the same no action has been taken. Today they deducted Rs.30/- from main balance. Do the needful.
