Sir,
My land line number 040-27871611 is not working since the route of connection was damaged while laying a CC road in the street. This happened more than a year ago. I have given many requests and complaints too at my nearest BSNL office but never the action has taken place in giving me the connection. I have been paying all my bills since i have taken connection.
It is very much dissappointing that BSNL employees are not helping to solve the connection issues because of road construction. Only thing they need to do is bring the wire and connect from the existing location and connect to my phone.
As customers we rely on the reputation of BSNL, and the employees of BSNL are defaming it.
I request you to please help me in solving my connection issue.
