My (Eapen Mathai) BSNL landline is not working for more than three days. I have called the BSNL exchange that is Kunnamthanam, Kerala exchange but they give some ecuses saying we will come today. for more than three days I have been waiting. I have also registered the compalaint at BSNL customer care and they gave me docket number and the number is 14102331102280001. I have been tracking this number but the staus says "Registered". Sir, please do the needful so that the BSNL landline starts working normally.
