ILLEGAL CHARGE FOR MOBILE RADIO

I am using bsnl mobile connection. my cell no. is 9437131429. on 10th march my mobile balance was deducted for Rs25/- for activating MOBILE RADIO.

As a matter of fact I have never requested them. In last month it has also happened.

I want the refund of my money and no further such action
