Landline not working properly for the past 6 months. When contacted they say it has been dug for drainage and so it is not working. But for others in out colony it is working. Whenever we are complaining for 2 days it works. After that there is no connection as usual. We are using bsnl for past 14 yrs. Because of the service they are providing now, feeling like disconnecting the service.
