Landline bill payment not confirmed

I payed my land line bill through ICICI internet banking details as follows

Transaction no : _MICI102113

Transaction date : 28.02.2011

the amount is debited but bill was not payed to BSNL.And again i pay my bill on 02.03.2011 thereafter only it is confired. I didnot got my money back. Please do the needfull to get back my money
