I Pay 2000 Rs Deposit to get Bsnl landline in 2002... then after in 30 june..we remove connection officially .. they told us you get your deposit back via check ..! but i dont get any check .. wtf .. i wait so long... its been 9 to 10 months... now i decide to complain in consumer forum ..!
