NO OUTGOING CALL

Dear Sir/ Mam

I am Dhruv gupta from kanpur. I have recently changed my operator from BSNL to AIRCEL through Mobile number Portability (mob no-09454941377). But after switching my operator no outgoing calls are going from my landline (no-05122327131) to my aforesaid mobile no.

Pleare resolve the above problem as soon as possible.
