Incorrect Bill

Hi,

We have Broad Band service at home and we closed that service last year and after few months we again resumed our Service. When we received our first bill they charged us full instead of 750 Rs plan. Then they asked us to submit 750 and we will take care of other charge. For 3 month they did the same thing now they said that they cannot do that and we have to pay 3600Rs as full charge. Not sure what can we do here
