Marketing calls received after DND registration

My cellone number is registered with DND. But still I get calls from one financial company named "NetAmbit - 033 2569 2723" continuously and forced to hear their selling plans. Can anybody guide me so that I can take necessary step against these callers. It is really beyond the tolerance limit now.
