I am using BSNL Broadband issued to telephone number 01322715988, consumer number wupshn20100728666 and the plan that i am using is home750 - 512kbps. I am paying 1250 rupee every month rental.
From 29 march there is no connectivity issue to broadband. There is no link in my router and i have been continuously complaining to the responsible authorities even i have visited all the relative telephone exchanges in my city but still they did not resolve the problem yet.
It is almost one month that i am not able to use any of my broadband utility not even for a single day still I have to pay monthly rental for nothing that is nearly 1050 rupee.
From 5 February to 29 march I was only able to use my broadband at 40 kbps where i am having a plan 512 kbps. I have tried all in my hand to tell them that my broadband connection is too slow from the speed plan that I have been given but they did not even try to solve the problem.
