Eduction of amount

The mobile service provider bsnl subscriber no 9441193751, facing the problem deduction of amount in past19rupess, i saw the my account balance is 25rupess but know my balance is 4.64rupees. while i calling the customer care they not able to answered my call.so i choose this. Please add the deducted the amount in my account. I think kindly do the needful in matter.
