Dear Sir

I had been to BSNL office at Bhawani Peth, Pune for deactivation of their Games on

Demand and after running for pillar to post, I was told to go on the first floor office for

guidance.

I was told to go on line and do the needful

Pl help me as I am not a user of these games and have to give Rs 200 extra every

month
