We submitted our application to disconnect our telephone booth connection number 0471-2539750 on Nov 8th. Reference number is A243416. However till date we have not received the security deposit (initial deposit money). As I am in UAE with my husband, I am unable to visit your office and check the same.
Appreciate if you could kindly do the needful to get the money.
