Disturbance in line

I have a BSNL connection. My phone no is 1722647038. There have been disturbance in line for last 6 months. From that time I keep complaining that my telephone is not working prperly- there is disturbance in line. But no one has either responded to it or sorted ou this issue till now even though the complaint is lodged to sector 34, chandigarh through Phone and in by person. No one has responded till now. In spite of all this problems I paid my bills regularly.

Hence, I request you to take the necessary action immedietly to sort out

this issue at the earliest possible.
