I am a BSNL customer for the last 7 years. I got broadband connection 3 years back. Daily I am waiting and wasting 3-4 hours just to open a mail. Really it is dead slow. It gets disconnected often after 2-3 minutes. I have lodged complaints many times. But the service and response is very poor, really worst. My head is going to blast because of bsnl.
