Telphone &internet out of orde

My telephone number 0181-2639525 and internet facility is out of order due to non submission of payment. But now i have deposited my bill against rt. no JLD0060108061100003 paid on 8/6 for Rs. 4100/- and asked me that the telephone and internet will start till last evening but till morning, there is no signal of internet and no dial tone of telephone
