Dear Sir,

My self Fuzail A. Siddiqui, i m the user of bsnl land line phone from last 12 or 13 years, but now a days i have the problem with this land line phone becoz my telephone bill is genrated but my phone was disturb with technical problem i m doing complaint but no ans. nd i m giving the charge without use.if u will not solve my problem i will go with customer forum.

so therefor i m requesting u dear sir that plz. if u can solve my problem then plz. do it
