Online recharge (Top Up Complaint)

Dear Sir

I recharged my mobile no 9491879484 (Hyderabad) for Rs 55 through bsnl

portal on 07/07 using internet banking.

My saving account of Central Bank of india is debited with Rs 55. But

the balance is not credited in my mobile.

My saving account is showing date 07/07 branch code 08103 INB

-TRANSFER TO A/3061948918/BSNL/48882647/amount 55

The Top up amount is 55.

Below are the transaction/receipt details as shown by bsnl portal

Transaction No:- TXT0707201103987

Top Up Amount- 55

Mobile No- 9491879584.

I contacted the customer care several times my problem is still not solved.

please look into the matter and do the needful
