Subject: Data card internet connection No. 9408495811 is not working

My data card internet connection No. 9408495811 is not working since 13/02 . I have taken 3-G internet connection on 27/12 with 03 month unlimited plan. I had paid the advance Rs.3000/- for 3G postpaid plan for 03 months on 27.12.2010 vide receipt no. 245 bookno. jvt AA 151.my connection has been disconnected without any reason. I had contacted to Makarpura Exchange regarding my problem. Makarpura exchange replied that you contact at Kothi Exchange for your problem. Kothi Exchange told me that you have not paid your bill so your connection has been dis connected. I had shown the bill and receipt to concern person . my connection not restore till date. I am unable to under stand that I had paid for the service why I am not getting the proper services from your department.
No action is taken by your department till date to restore the connection . pl. look into the matter and restore my connection without any delay. I have to force to take the legal action as i feel deem fit.
