From last six months my phone No. 273719 has not working 15 days of each and every month. After complaint on complaint to Pilani exchange one technician has come to my village and twist the defective wire to clear the complaint. If phone is working in a month (i.e. 15 days) caller voice not listen through receiver due to unwanted electronic noise very high. The problem create due to poor quality of cable. Every time, regarding cable technician told to me that requisition put up to Pilani exchange and it has been processed I will be replace the cable next time but no action taken by him from last 3 months.
Now, I request you kindly arrange to replace the cable and instrument also which has been provide repaired to me at the time of re-connection, So, I can avail the telephone facility.
