Not working

I am 75 years old man. I am retired from BCCL as General Manager. After retired my service i settle at DURGAPUR, WEST BENGAL. My Tel no. 3043 2533089. was out order last TWO MONTH . I have lodge my complain. But not any progress about my complain. I am totally depends upon telephone. Kindly help
