Dear Sir/Mam,
The phone line and Internet at my home for the number 0731-2622815 is not working from last 15 days. I have logged my complaint at the BSNL call center with the complaint number 1003761124 on Aug-19 but no response so far. Yesterday also, I logged another request and got the docket number 1500, but still no action has been taken on my complaint.
I request you to do the needful things to reactivate my phone connection at the earliest, otherwise I am going to log a complaint in the national consumer forum and that time I wil be seeking for all the compensations from BSNL.
