Non receivance of bill

Sir,

We are (Infocom Network Ltd., 611, Apex Mall, Tonk Road, jaipur) not receiving telephone bills since few months, the person who distributes the bill throws them some where else. Due to non receivance of bill we have to give penalties because of crossing due date.

So please take care of the matter.
