UNNECESSARY DEDUCTION

Hi

This is Taruna from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

I would like to complaint about BSNL operators that they are deducting Balance without our Knowledge.

My Grandpa is using this number & he is mentally harassed by this when ever they get the balance done after 2 3 days some subscriptions get started or caller Tune vn we try to call they dnt option only to talk directly with the person sitting in BPO to assist.

In this age he is mentally getting harrased & already he is ill.

Kindly look for the Same.
