I have a landline connection from BSNL bearing no. 0172-2572207. This connection is currently installed at my House no. 1119, Sector 12-A, Panchkula. I have paid my all outstanding amount of Rs. 1260.00 vide receipt no. CHD01112081100044 DT: 12-08 and also booked complaint that my landline connection is not in working condition, but till date no corrective action has been taken. You are requested to please take the necessary action and arrange to rectify the problem and get it connected in working condition.
