Sir, my complaint is regarding not recieving landline bills at my postal address since last 1 year. i have 2 landline no.s of BSNL service with no.'s 0251-2526204 and 0251-2525919 respectively, which comes under kalyan telecom. i'm residing at the place since last 35 years and using bsnl service since 25 years, i request you to take necessary action and do the needful.
