BSNL IS NOT PROVIDING CALLER ID PHONE BOX AFTER APPLYING

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are the consumer of BSNL tele communication Hyderabad since 2nd January.

Phone Number: 040-23832571

We have applied for Caller ID phone because we received many unnecessary calls from unidentified persons.

We have received a phone which is not working properly. Now the phone is dead and we are not receiving any help or support neither from BSNL nearest office (Motinagar) nor from the Ameerpet main branch.

When we asked for the Caller ID phone in BSNL office they are clearly saying that they cannot provide. They are asking to take the phone box which does not have Caller ID feature.

We have lodged many complaints to get this service for which we paid. No action has been take till now. As the phone is dead we are not receiving any calls and every month we are receiving minimum bill to pay.

Kindly help us to get the caller ID phone box as soon as possible.
